If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment time to another patient. Our office reserves the right to charge a broken appointment fee if a patient cancels an appointment with insufficient notice or does not arrive for an appointment at their appointed time.
